Establishing and Preserving the Rule of Law

Following a 24 year travel navigating the State of the United Kingdom with a continuous process of litigations, this afteroon at 1.50 pm 19 May 2022 the unfolding of the unwritten Constitution has materialised. The Police Force is totally unrsegulated as it does not have to provide any redress to individuals or businesses for its policing excesses against innocent citizens. The Police can do whatever it likes and investigate the conduct of citizens with no concern for their civil liberties or human rights. They can chose which crimes brought to their attention they investigate. They do not have to jusiify their policing to a court of law. So no one polices the police.
