Since 15 September 2021 and two arrests of 24 November 2021 and 23 November 2022 for Harassment and malicious emails as well as other unknown allegations of wrongdoings by the author, it has been confirmed to me this evening the 24 of November 2023 that the attached document sent to me by Kent Police represents the official 'Charge Refused Certificate' publicised here to whomsoever it may concern. The clarification comes from having taken the matter to the Central London County Court under Claim E35YM660 and clearance obtained that all the author's works in websites and book publications as Director of the Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited were legitimate, above board and justified for the circumstances under which the work was conducted by the author as a Researcher in the Humanities and Social Media Journalist, so that the author is also free to continue with this work for the foreseeable future.
