The position of God ultimately
For a Vishista-advaitin the Self is much more important than God who only exists in the vyvaharika dimension of Reality and is ultimately relinquished in the paramarthika (Brahman) dimension.
That just describes the Realisation. To be intellectually pragmatic attachment to God in vyavaharika or to Self in paramarthika (Brahman) shoud both be dropped as all attachments generate suffering.
