Being one's own guru
I do not care for the teachings of gurus in any culture past or present: I engage myself in self-determination of Reality and live in this world, to be my own guru.
You have only one life and so long as there is food, water clothes, and a home to live in to sustain your life, aim to be as learned as possible as the only purpose of existence.
